Bryson is great. He seems to really know his stuff and I feel confident that he did an excellent job. He and his partner even came early because I had mentioned to them I needed to make a community visit for work. He’s focused and has been here before so felt very comfortable.

In the extreme heat, our air conditioner went out. David went above and beyond and triple checked everything just to see if we could fix the problem without having to replace everything. He was super thorough and walked us through all the steps. In the end, we got a new unit and he arranged everything and provided us with multiple options. We were thankful for the education and for the wonderful customer service.

Unable to service equipment. Customer needs a 17w 410a evaporator coil. Parts are currently unavailable

Arrived, went to thermostat turn into AC, went to furnace found no power to furnace, found power switch to furnace was off turned on, furnace and AC kicked on, check pressures pressures were fine, had an 18° split
Arrived, went to thermostat turned on AC checked power on furnace, went to AC unit check capacitor capacitor was good, didn’t have any power going to AC units went to breaker , breaker was tripped, turn back on breaker went outside. Compressor was not running. Fan was found compressor bad.

Ac is running good, had a bad capacitor

Checked pressures and found unit had no refrigerant in systems, put 4lb of r410a in system h it running as should
Customer stated unit would run and not drop below 72. Everything was running properly. Checked refrigerant levels and they were spot on. Went in attic and found fresh air intake on return. Took off fresh air intake and sealed up with foil tape. Let customer know to keep and eye on it.
